Fall has a way of bringing the details of home into focus. As more time shifts indoors and evenings become centered around gathering, the spaces that support everyday living take on new importance. This year, Roeser Homes invites visitors inside three distinct homes during the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes. From Lenexa to Olathe, each offers a different perspective on floorplan, materials, architectural details, and the way thoughtful design shapes daily life.
Three Homes, Three Perspectives
No two families live exactly the same way, and no two homes need to look or function the same. This year’s Roeser Homes Parade entries reflect that idea through three homes in three different communities. Each brings its own approach to layout, materials, architectural character, and everyday function while sharing the same commitment to purposeful design and enduring craftsmanship. Together, they offer an opportunity to experience how different floorplans and settings can shape the way a home looks, feels, and lives.
Silver Leaf | Lenexa
At 22092 W. 94th Terrace, Roeser Homes brings its approach to custom home design to Silver Leaf, a Lenexa community surrounded by wooded areas, open green space, and nearby Black Hoof Park and Lake Lenexa. The home is designed to feel connected to its setting, balancing comfortable living spaces with details that reward a closer look. As a judged entry in this year’s Fall Parade of Homes, it also offers visitors the opportunity to experience the craftsmanship and design decisions that distinguish a Roeser home firsthand.
Hidden Lake Estates | Olathe
At 25361 W. 107th Terrace, the Golden Bell plan brings together nearly 3,800 square feet of living space in a reverse 1.5-story layout designed for both gathering and retreat. The home features four bedrooms, four full baths, a spacious great room, gourmet kitchen, prep kitchen and pantry, and a finished walkout lower level with additional gathering space. The layout creates natural connections between the home’s main living areas while giving private spaces their own sense of separation. A custom limestone fireplace, quartz countertops, built-in cabinetry, and a finished lower-level wet bar bring character and function to the home without overwhelming the way it lives.
Prairie Canyon | Olathe
At 11203 S. Sunray Drive, the Rosebud plan offers another perspective on functional, connected living. The reverse 1.5-story home includes four bedrooms, four full baths, approximately 3,463 square feet, and a three-car garage. The main level centers around an open kitchen and great room, with a large island creating a natural gathering point. A covered patio with a fireplace extends the living space outdoors, while the finished lower level provides additional room for relaxing and entertaining. Together, these spaces create an easy flow between everyday routines, time spent with family and friends, and moments of retreat.
Designed for the Way People Live
A home can make an impression at first glance, but walking through it reveals something photography and floorplans cannot: how it actually feels to live there. The Parade of Homes offers an opportunity to experience those details firsthand, from the relationship between rooms to the materials, architectural elements, and finishes that bring each space together. For those considering a custom home, it’s also a chance to gather inspiration and discover what’s possible when design begins with the way you live.
The 2026 Fall Parade of Homes runs September 19 through October 4, with homes open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free.
