Austin founded Roeser Homes in 2004 and serves as the President of the company. When he isn’t busy designing beautiful homes for our clients, he spends his free time with his wife and three kids. Austin’s hobbies include watching K-State football/Basketball, Sporting KC, Chiefs, Royals, and playing golf.

After over seven years working in the fitness industry, Thad accepted a position at Roeser Homes in January of 2015 as the Vice President. He and his wife Jami have three children. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, watching KU basketball and going to the lake to ride his jet ski.

Melissa joined the Roeser Homes team in March 2018. Originally from California, she has set her roots here in Kansas with her husband and 2 adult boys. When not working she loves family time, traveling and building memories.

Trish joined the Roeser team in June of 2010. Her interests include her faith, family, and friends. She is known at Roeser Homes for always keeping a childlike heart for others and maintaining a sense of humor!

Kimber has a degree from Iowa State University and over 20 years of experience in new home construction. She has been designing for Roeser Homes since 2008, and feels blessed to be part of such a creative and fun work family. Kimber enjoys travel, movies, finding new restaurants, live music, and most of all fun with her family and friends.

April joined the Roeser Homes team in September 2021 as our Purchasing Manager. When she’s not busy working she loves spending time with her pets and traveling anywhere her camper will go!
